Biography

Amy Rose Oliver’s estate planning practice is dedicated to helping her clients enhance their financial portfolio and estate for their family life today and assure a secure future for their children and descendants. Having personally experienced the stress caused by careless family estate planning and negligent probate practices, Amy strives to use her education and experience to assist her clients to make educated and thoughtful financial and legal decisions so that their plans will be memorialized in documents securing family accomplishments and cherished beliefs and secure the well-being of their families. Whether you are single or in a relationship, beginning a new stage in your life or looking back on a life well-lived, Amy will assist you to create an estate plan which will assure your goals are achieved for your loved ones today and in the years to come.

Amy began her law school career at 35. After graduation from the University of Houston Law Center, she served as a law clerk to the Honorable Norman W. Black on the United States Federal District Court, Southern District of Texas, Houston Division from 1988 to 1990.

Since 1988, Amy has counseled and represented people from all walks of life and countries as they navigate the legal process to resolve their concerns through the courts and to negotiate advantageous settlements of their disputes in Texas. She now concentrates her practice on Estate Planning and probate because she is passionate about helping people create contented and secure futures. Most importantly, she is the proud wife of Ed, the proud mother of Leah, and the very proud grandmother of her new granddaughter Colette and her husband’s five grandchildren.
